Surrounded by open fields and woodland, there are stunning views across the valley to the surrounding hills and, to the west on a clear day, you can see the Welsh mountains over twenty miles away. Though not Roman, the cottage is over 200 years old and is an excellent conversion of the old barn at Coopers Hill Farm. The cottage retains all the character of the original building. The thick stone walls and massive oak beams remain while the accommodation has been beautifully restored to provide complete comfort and convenience. Decorated and furnished in keeping with the original building, Hay Barn Cottage is very well equipped and provides accommodation of the highest standard. Outside is your own garden, adjacent to surrounding fields, from where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and local wildlife.
