Prices are in pounds sterling, per property per week, and inclusive
booking fees and
all taxes where applicable. Standards
We maintain our high standards of accommodation with a regular
inspection of all properties and their facilities.
Cleanliness
All properties are thoroughly cleaned and serviced between lets and a
local owner, or their representative, is always available should any
problems arise.
Equipment
Each Property is supplied with: Ample crockery, cutlery, glassware,
tableware and cooking utensils for the number of persons accommodated. A
cooker with grill, hotplates and oven. A refrigerator adequate for the
number of persons. Comfortable beds and sufficient blankets or duvets
for the season. Hot water in both Kitchen and Bathroom.
Linen
Linen is usually included in the rental of your holiday home. If
however, linen is not specified in the services for your holiday cottage
then you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. If
Linen Hire is specified the charge is £5 per person per week. Unless
otherwise specified in the services section of the property, linen
includes sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, hand towels and table cloths
but not bath towels or cot linen.
Parking
If parking is not mentioned in the services section, then there is
no off street parking but there is usually ample on street.
